Deactivating an Auditee

A user with the appropriate rights can deactivate an Auditee record. Once an Auditee record has been deactivated, it is removed from the list of auditees rather than being removed from the system. It can then be reactivated for use at a later date.

NOTE: Auditee record activity is displayed in the Activity section of the Auditee record.

  1. From the Auditee record, click Other Actions > Deactivate Auditee.
  2. Check the Inactive checkbox.
  3. Enter a rationale for deactivating the auditee.
  4. Click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
  5. Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Auditee record has been deactivated.
